The Washoe County Bar Association reserves the right to reject any advertisement and/or to rescind any pending or previously published advertisements for any reason. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, the advertisement of products or services that conflict with any products or services offered by the Washoe County Bar Association and advertisements that are not germane to the practice of law as undertaken by the Washoe County Bar Association membership. All advertising should be appropriate in tone and content and in accordance with all applicable rules of professional conduct.
