You will be primarily responsible for coverage and bad faith litigation filed against the firm’s insurer clients, and  also be involved in other aspects of our insurance coverage practice, including evaluating coverage, preparing coverage opinions, drafting motions, and litigating declaratory relief, contribution, and indemnity actions for the firm’s insurer clients.
